Terms of condition

PRICES

The daily prices given in the price-list and on the homepage are per person, per night.

The special rates (package rates) given in the price-list and on the homepage are per person, per week.
Both prices include the services provided for "Alpina Connoisseurs".

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Generally, guests arrive and depart on Saturdays or Sundays. We will be pleased to consider other dates where this is possible.
Your room will be available for you to move into from 16:00 hrs on your arrival day.
Please vacate your room by 11:00 hrs on your departure day.
If you have to arrive late or depart early, we will reimburse 20% of the agreed price. Otherwise, standard Austrian hotel regulations are applied.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

All-risk or full cancellation cover? We are members of the European Travel Insurance scheme and you can book the insurance directly on the their English website.

Conditions for cancellation for certain times : 22.12.2017–08.01.2018, 09.02.2018–18.02.2018 and from 23.03.-08.04.2018.: if you cancel more than 61 days before your arrival, there will be no charge.
All other times: If you cancel more than 31 days before your arrival date, there will be no charge. (We will refund deposits less any expenses incurred for the money transfer)
If you cancel less than 30 days to 21 days before your arrival date, we will charge the 40% of the booking; if you cancel 21-14 days before your arrival: we will charge 70%, and if you cancel 14 days or fewer days to your arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price (in accordance with Austrian hotel regulations ). (We recommend taking out travel insurance!)

Cancellations are only accepted in written from and need to be reconfirmed.

PAYING FOR DRINKS

We request that you always ask the waiter for the bill before leaving the dining room, entrance lobby, bar or sun terrace. Check that the room number and name are correct, look at the drinks listed there and sign to say the bill is accurate .
Unfortunately we are not able to make corrections or offer refunds at a later date.

MINI-BAR BILLS

We will top up your mini-bar daily (unless otherwise requested). The bill will be placed in your room and the balance will be charged to your room number. Please check daily if the mini bar bill in your room is correct. Is there a mistake on the bill report to the reception on the same day.
Unfortunately we are not able to make corrections or offer refunds at a later date.
