Reviews of the Hotel Alpina

I’ve. been skiing for about 35 years and this is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The friendliness, accommodation and food was beyond compare. It was also very conveniently situated for access to the slopes. it was also conveniently situated for access into the village of Obergurgl.

From check-in, and all through the week I was made to feel welcome. The staff quickly learnt our preferred drinks and always said hello with a smile when passing.
Our suite was lovely, generously sized with a nice view of the mountain.
The food is excellent, with a really good choice at every meal and I looked forward to a relaxing hour at the spa after each hard day's ski.
Thank you for an awesome time, I will cherish the memory and look forward to visiting again.

All in all, very enjoyable stay! Only minor points. The kids club and staff are AMAZING, and the main reason we would return. Food is also a big highlight. Ambience in the restaurant/piano room can be a bit flat at times, and some staff warmer than others but this would not stop us booking again.

We have stayed with you on 7 previous occasions - it would be a welcoming touch if the reception staff were aware of this at check in - to say welcome back.

A super hotel well done to all. I know you are not responsible for children's behaviour but it does affect other guests. We had a fantastic time thank you so much.

A wonderful experience and a credit to the owners. Food outstanding - so much of it and staff a real joy. Look after your team and they will look after your customers, which is exactly what you do!

Thank you to all the staff for making us welcome and our stay both relaxed and comfortable. We all enjoyed our family holiday and will be back again!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, ski in en uit klopte niet helemaal ski uit was geen probleem maar ski in moest je toch een behoorlijk stuk klunnen en lopen voor mij als hartpatiënt en de zeer ijle lucht was dit haast niet te doen. Het busje van het hotel rijd alleen op bepaalde tijden waardoor je dan toch afhankelijk bent van de tijd.
Wij komen hier niet meer terug omdat dit toch een groot obstakel is.
Ik zou dit hotel wel aanbevelen bij vrienden en familie.

Superb, we love our stay at the Alpina! We particularly like the combination of great skiing, fitness and wellness facilities, and wonderful food.
