Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and good and varied menu. Easy ski in and ski out close to cable car. Lovely swimming pool and sauna area.

We continue to return to the Alpina as it’s our favourite hotel in Obergurgl. The facilities, the friendliness, rooms are well equipped for various kinds of set ups. A family oriented hotel but with finesse. Everything is well maintained and the food is excellent, could match many fine dining restaurants but still with flexibility, especially for children. Access to the ski slopes perfect and great shuttle to the lift. We had a perfect holiday.

We had a lovely stay at the Alpina.
Very lucky with the weather, having snow then sunny days.
The hotel was very nice, our rooms interconnected so great for our family.
All in all a wonderful stay, great for the children having the kids club and early dinner.
Slightly away from the main lifts but once we realised we could ski down to it it wasn’t a problem.
Staff all nice and helpful, good food in restaurants and nice bar area.
We would like to definitely visit again.

The hotel is excellent, the staff are excellent and we will be coming back. Everyone in our family had a great time and the hotel is so comfortable. The whole experience is excellent, but if you want perfection please can I recommend the following: Improvement on the quality and number of bath towels offered in the bedroom would be great. Improvement of the quality of the pillows and softer mattress in the bedroom would also be good. These are minor points to make you even better than you already are. A great trip in general.

We love staying at the Alpina - it is our second visit and we hope to come again next year! For us, the friendliness of the services, the quality of the rooms, the kids club and the proximity to the ski slopes make it a brilliant and relaxing holiday.

First visit was exactly 20 years ago and the hotel/family Platzer met once more the high standards we experienced in the era. Keep on investing in your facility, it is worth ghe stay!

This was by far one of the best children’s family hotel we have stayed in . Having traveled all around the world from Disney Orlando New York thie algarve this hotel betters it self because of the attention to detail with regards to guests experience. You can clearly feel the personality of the family in everything the hotel stands for . The formula that the hotel offers is a clear ADVANTAGE over other hotels, please keep up with this philosophy.
