Prices
The day prices stated in the price list and on the website are to be understood per person and day, the package offers are to be understood per person and week.
All prices include the services of the Alpina gourmet well-being board incl. daily gourmet breakfast, cake buffet in the afternoon and garage parking space.
Arrival/departure
In general, Saturday and Sunday are the usual days of arrival and departure. Wishes other than that will be happily fulfilled as far as possible.
Your room will be ready by 4.00 pm at the latest on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 11.00 am.
Late arrival or early departure are not eligible for remuneration. Apart from that the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Cancellation conditions 2024/2025
In case of cancellation up to 90 days before arrival no fees
(deposits less expenses for monetary transactions will be transferred back).

- 05.04.2025 to 19.04.2025
For cancellations at short notice the following conditions apply:
- 89 to 60 days before arrival: 70% of the amount
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 90% of the amount
- From 29 days before arrival: 100% of the amount
In case of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival no fees
(deposits less expenses for monetary transactions will be transferred back).

For cancellations at short notice the following conditions apply:
- 30 to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the amount
- 20 to 15 days before arrival: 70% of the amount
- From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount
Group reservations from 3 rooms 90 days before arrival free of charge
We strongly recommend to take out a travel insurance!
Full risk or full cancellation cover? We are a partner of the European Travel Insurance and would be happy to send you the relevant documents. Or, even easier, you can select and book individual suitable cancellation protection directly during the booking process on our booking route.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and need to be reconfirmed by the hotel.
Beverage bills
We kindly ask you to ask the waiter for the bill before you leave the dining hall, the hotel hall, the day bar or the sun terrace, check if the room number, the name and the listed beverages are correct and, if so, sign it.
Please note that we cannot accept retrospective cancellations or corrections of the bill.
Minibar bills
We will fill up your minibar every day (if not stated otherwise). The bill will be deposited in your room and the balance will be added to your room bill.
Please check every day if the bill in your room is correct. Should there be an error please report it at the reception on the same day.

Payment options
You can pay your hotel bill
- in cash
- with Eurocheque card (Maestro) for Germany, Netherlands, Austria
- with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX)
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets.
Mobile phone
To ensure an ideal holiday atmosphere and in consideration of the other guests we ask you not to use your mobile phone in the restaurants, in the hotel lobby as well as in the spa area.
Non-smokers
Our restaurants are non-smoking areas. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you want to smoke we ask you to use the balcony, an ashtray is provided.
Clothes make the man
You as our guests help to create the atmosphere in our house. Therefore, we ask you to wear appropriate clothing in the restaurant. No sportswear please!
Advance payment
To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to make an advance payment amounting to 30 % of the booked arrangement, either by bank transfer or by credit card.
